The Admissions Process

Complete the application form and submit it with the application fee to apply. 

Infants-PreK students are generally accepted on a first-come, space available basis. 

Kindergarten and Elementary students may apply on a rolling admissions basis for a September start date, but we sometimes have space available throughout the year. 

For prospective K+ students, we will need previous school records and a mandatory day visit for your child before an admissions decision is determined.

After submitting your application, the Odyssey Day School Admissions Team will reach out to complete your student's file through the following steps:

• An age-appropriate visit-- usually a half day (8:30am-12pm) 
• A records request to their current and/or recent school (K+)
• Submission of optional accompanying materials by the parent(s) or guardian(s)
• Dependent upon the child's age, an admissions screening used to provide more information about the student's reading and math placement and/or overall readiness for the grade level to which the family has applied.

Once the admissions file is complete and there is a spot available, we will contact families to confirm and send out an acceptance letter. 

Enrollment forms will be sent about a month prior to the student's start date. 

Enrollment forms will be need to be turned in at least a week prior to the start date along with an up-to-date physical health form with immunizations, any asthma or allergy forms and medication.
