Infant Class Tuition Schedules:

Full year, ongoing child care. All vacation care weeks and summer included.

Half Day 8:00 am to 12:30 pm

• 2-days: $190/week

• 3-days: $245/week

• 4-days: $290/week

• 5-days: $309/week

Full Day 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• 2-days: $332/week

• 3-days: $430/week

 Preschool/ PreK Tuition and Schedules:

*All schedules are academic year only (September to June). All vacation care weeks are included. Billed in 10 equal monthly installments. Summer not included, summer registration is separate.

Kindergarten Tuition and Schedules

Tuition is for the ten-month academic year and is billed in 10 equal monthly installments. Students must enroll for a minimum of five half days each week.

Half Day – 8:30 am to 11:30 am
5-days: $9,000/yr

Full Day – 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
5-days: $12,500/yr

Before and After School Program
Over 15 hours/week: $4,115/yr
10-15 hours/week: $3,661/yr

*Prescheduled hourly care (minimum 1-week notice required): $13.50/hr

*Tuition rates for the Pre-K/Kindergarten program are for the 2025-2026 academic school year. No credits will be given for holidays, vacations, snow days, or sick days. These rates do not include the cost of childcare weeks.

Elementary Tuition, 1st - 8th Grades

Charges & Payment Information

Fees:
$50 non-refundable application fee due per child
$100 deposit due per child

• There is an hourly rate available for preschool through elementary of $14.00 per hour for regularly prescheduled extended daycare and $15 for drop-in care (less than one-week’s notice).

• There is an hourly Infant and Toddler Drop-in rate available of $18 per hour for currently enrolled students. Space is limited.

• Tuition for Infants, Toddlers is invoiced monthly and is paid by ACH payment on the last Friday of every month, one month in advance of all services. Tuition not paid within 15 days of the due date will be subject to a late fee of $50.

• Preschool, Pre-K & Pre-k/Kindergarten students’ tuition (who are billed monthly) is paid by ACH payment on the last Friday of each month. Preschool and Pre-K tuition is paid from August through May. Payments for students in the Pre-k/Kindergarten classroom are due monthly from May through February. Payments for this group are non-refundable after July 1st. Tuition not paid within 15 days of the due date will be subject to a late fee of $50.

• Odyssey Day School is closed the week between Christmas and New Years’ every year. Families are not charged for this week(up to 5 days max). No other credits will be given for holidays, vacations, snow days, or sick days.
